A graduate of UC Berkeley and University of Minnesota Law School, Ms. Park has over 6 years of dedicated experience serving clients in immigration matters, first as a legal assistant then transitioning into an attorney role following her licensure. Her practice areas include employment, investment and family-based immigration law. She has helped prepare hundreds of successful cases, including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and EB-5 petitions, as well as E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, and O-1 matters. Ms. Park is also fluent in Korean. Prior to joining the firm, she interned with The Advocates for Human Rights researching asylum matters and with Standpoint, formerly known as the Battered Women's Legal Advocacy Project.
