Attorney Seil practices employment, investment and family-based immigration law.
With over 10 years of experience as an Attorney at the Law Offices of Robert P. Gaffney, Ms. Seil has prepared hundreds of successful visa petitions including EB-5, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 immigrant petitions, PERM Labor Certifications, and nonimmigrant visa cases such as H-1B, treaty visas, and O-1 matters. She has also authored published articles on immigration law regarding due process and “minor investor” issues.
Ms. Seil earned her J.D. degree from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she earned public interest and faculty scholarships and edited the Golden Gate University Law Review. Her prior experience includes serving as a federal judicial extern at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, as a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Office of the Chief Counsel in San Francisco, and as a Staff Attorney at Open Door Legal.

A graduate of UC Berkeley and University of Minnesota Law School, Ms. Park has over 6 years of dedicated experience serving clients in immigration matters, first as a legal assistant then transitioning into an attorney role following her licensure. Her practice areas include employment, investment and family-based immigration law. She has helped prepare hundreds of successful cases, including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and EB-5 petitions, as well as E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, and O-1 matters. Ms. Park is also fluent in Korean. Prior to joining the firm, she interned with The Advocates for Human Rights researching asylum matters and with Standpoint, formerly known as the Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Project.
