Attorney Seil practices employment, investment and family-based visa and immigration law. She brings a unique perspective and approach to every case from her experience as a legal intern at the United States Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of the Chief Counsel.

Ms. Seil has served as an Attorney at the Law Offices of Robert P. Gaffney for over 7 years, and has prepared hundreds of successful petitions including EB-5, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 immigrant petitions as well as nonimmigrant visa cases such as H-1B, treaty visas, and O-1 matters. She has authored published articles on immigration law regarding due process and “minor investor” issues. Her prior experience includes serving as a federal judicial extern for the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, and as a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of the Chief Counsel in San Francisco.

Ms. Seil earned her J.D. degree from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she earned public interest and faculty scholarships and edited the Golden Gate University Law Review.
